Gary Pryor is a Sr. Business Consultant with Waters Business Consulting. Gary is the former Founder & CEO of FuturePay Holdings Inc., a merchant focused consumer finance company (www.futurepay.com). His specialization in mergers, acquisitions and corporate finance commenced in New York with Merrill Lynch International and the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York (JP Morgan).
